I have created this page in order to go deeper into meditation and the concept of kundalini (introductory article: The Awakening of Kundalini).
Scroll down for the files. Introduction Meditation is a practice aiming at enlightenment, and there will be no enlightenment without a kundalini awakening. All traditional meditation practices are therefore, in different ways (and with different concepts and names), teaching pre-kundalini meditation and post-kundalini meditation. Pre-kundalini meditation is the preparatory practice aiming at kundalini awakening. Pre-kundalini meditation ought to be fixed curriculum for all beginners of meditation. Unfortunately this is not so in the modern, "scientistic" versions of meditation. Post-kundalini meditation is the preparatory practice aiming at enlightenment. A Kundalini awakening has three phases. Post-kundalini meditation is the practice, which is handling the occurring phenomena during these three phases (about the three phases, see my article: Seiðr Shamanism and the Art of Song Healing). The below files will naturally involve a cultural criticism, since cultural, philosophical and religious questions/phenomena will rise in post-kundalini meditation (and therefore also is a part of pre-kundalini meditation). There will, for example, be discussions of the modern "scientistic" mindfulness movement, and how it has removed all of the above-mentioned preparatory practices because they aren´t "testable", and have "unfortunate philosophical and religious undertones". One result of this development is a rise of spiritual crises in relation with meditation practices. Another result is cultural appropriation - (see my article: Mindfulness and the Loss of Philosophy). The final result will be the complete elimination of philosophy and religion, and therefore also spirituality - see my article: The Matrix Conspiracy. As indicated in the Introduction, all my written work are examples on post-kundalini meditations. As you might sense, I´m tired of hearing about the concept of enlightenment altogether. New Age has created an environment of ego-inflation, where everybody is talking about enlightenment, and where everybody has experienced enlightenment (on facebook you can find threads where people are telling their stories about how and when they experienced enlightenment. It is not a good story to tell that you haven´t experienced anything at all). And no one is talking about the hardship of kundalini, except, perhaps, as something they imagine they have experienced. Because that is just too negative. ACThe Nine Gates of Middle-earth (free booklet on the chakras seen in relation to Meditation as an Art of Life)
The Connection Between Shamanic Healing and Creative Unfoldment (I believe shamanic awakening and kundalini awakening are two aspects of the same phenomenon. In this essay I suggest how to use spiritual awakening for creative unfoldment. This is by the way a recurring theme in the whole of my work)
EGIKMOQSSeiðr Shamanism and the Art of Song Healing (in this article I describe the three phases of kundalini).

BKaren Blixen - The Devil´s Mistress (Kundalini had a fascinating appearance in the life and work of Karen Blixen, and I have always felt a strange connection with her).
DFThe Faust Syndrome and The End of the Time of Enlightened Masters (a description of the collective ego-inflation which the removal of all traditional preparatory practices has caused. Everywhere we see people perform as gurus, spiritual teachers, shamans, even enlightened masters, etc., without having the experiences. I therefore claim that truly enlightened masters will withdraw from public knowledge.
HThe Compass - The Forgotten Secret of Hara Healing (I believe that the literature about Kundalini seen as a ladder, is deeply deceptive. In this article I introduce the symbolism of the embryo and the circle. You can also see this depicted in the cover image of this page.
JLNPThe Emotional Painbody and Why Psychotherapy Can´t Heal It (The painbody can only be cleansed through a controlled kundalini awakening, which means that you must work with both pre-kundalini meditation and post-kundalini meditation. Psychotherapy would just be a hindrance. Psychotherapy has no place in a spiritual practice. If you in fact are doing your part of the traditional preparatory work, you will eventually experience divine grace and providence. Only divine interference will eventually transform the painbody).
The Peter Pan Project (exoterically, this booklet is about becoming like a child again. Esoterically, it is about the third phase of the kundalini process: the opening of the spiritual heart)
Philosophy as a Rite of Rebirth (a Shamanic Ritual) (Describes my own kundalini awakening and the connection with philosophy and shamanism).
The Art of Pilgrimage (exoterically, this booklet is about the art of pilgrimage seen in relation to the journey motif in The Lord of the Rings. Esoterically it is about a fullfilled kundalini cyclus journey)
The Psychedelic Experience versus the Mystical Experience (in this booklet, I look at the real Kundalini experiences of the American author Christina Grof, and the LSD induced experiences of her husband, the psychiatrist Stanislav Grof. Furthermore, I see this in relation to the real Kundalini experiences of mystic Kate Thomas, as well as my own Kundalini experiences).
RTThe Conspiracy of the Third Eye (this article focuses on the so-called "Top-down Awakening". A top-down awakening is a very common spiritual awakening. It is happening when the kundalini power "jumps over" the lower chakras, and open the upper chakras instead. The lower chakras are very difficult to open, but is a necessity for enlightenment to happen. The upper chakras are quite easy to open, and this is what New Age and occultism are focusing on. However, doing this without opening the lower chakras is a dangerous business, and can allow dark energies to attach. In this article I document, that there seems to be a demonical thought behind all the "opening the third eye" techniques, which are so common in New Age and occultism.
